How Refractory RFQ Hub handles RFQ contact details, buyer request information, and source attribution.
Information We Collect
When a buyer submits an RFQ, we may collect contact details, company information, product requirements, application details, quantity, destination, timeline, message content, source page, referrer, and campaign parameters.
How We Use Information
We use RFQ information to review request quality, respond to the buyer, and share buyer-approved RFQ details with selected suppliers for quotation purposes.
Service Providers
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Valid RFQ records may be stored in Cloudflare D1, and RFQ notification emails may be sent through Resend.
Supplier Sharing
If the buyer consents, RFQ details and contact information may be shared with selected suppliers so the buyer and supplier can discuss quotation, contract, payment, delivery, warranty, and after-sales terms directly.
Retention And Requests
We keep RFQ records only as long as reasonably needed for review, supplier matching, follow-up, and basic business records. Buyers may contact us to request that RFQ information be deleted or corrected.
